Bell Educational Services LTD 
Founded in 1955, Bell offers English language courses to juniors and adults, prepares students for university in the UK and trains the world's ELT teachers. Since then, Bell has grown from one prestigious English language school in Cambridge to an internationally recognised, high-quality education business with five other UK centres, and international hubs in Switzerland and China. 
As a content and graphic designer, one of my key responsibilities was to develop and maintain Bell's brand. Through various print and promotional work, external and internal materials, I was able to communicate Bell's message, increase sales and brand awareness, develop continuity between materials across Bell's products and services. 
Brochure progress  
One of the biggest jobs was creating a series of print brochures for 2020 and digital for 2021. Each brochure was treated as a sales tool describing targeted products & services that Bell provided: courses for adults and young learners, university pathways courses and various teacher training & developments programmes. 
I created the layout, decided on colour combinations, chose and edited image, designed icons, maps and diagrams to better illustrate products & services. As part of the process, I collaborated with the marketing team to better the ratio of images to text, incorporate CTAs, improve interactivity of the digital brochure for 2021. Later in the year, these brochures were translated to French and Chinese and I adapted the designs to better suit the language they were in.
Client's proposals 
In the process of Bell acquiring new business, I was tasked with creating business proposals for whatever programme needed.
Marketing materials and various ads 
I standardised all of the materials sales and marketing teams needed, bringing consistency across accommodation, extracurricular activities, directions, ads, and various leaflets.
Conference materials 
Every year, Bell sales team attends various conferences. In preparation for these, I created various posters and banner to suit each market (European, Asian, South American and the Middle East).
Social media campaigns 
To promote Bell courses, events, locations, programmes and stats, I created branded social media assets for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat.
